Police: Pennsylvania mom arrested after leaving toddler alone in hot apartment

According to Rankin police investigators, Moeniqu Griffin left her toddler alone in her Hawkins Village apartment unit.

A maintenance man discovered the child, who was alone in the extremely hot apartment, with little food, police said..
