New details emerged in the triple murder-suicide Feb. 18 involving Aubrianne Moore, 28, who investigators said killed her three young daughters before turning the gun on herself.

According to Kent County sheriff's detectives, Moore arrived at school to take the children to an appointment, WXMI reported.

Authorities said Moore took the girls to lunch, then drove to a wooded area in Solon Township, the Detroit Free Press reported. Once there, she led the girls one by one into the woods, where she shot each child with a bolt-action hunting rifle, WXMI reported.

Moore put the girls back in the car and drove to the driveway of her boyfriend's home, stepped out of the vehicle and then shot herself, the Free Press reported.

An hour later, Moore's boyfriend found the bodies of Cassidy Rodery, 6; and Kyrie Rodery, 8; and his daughter, 2-year-old Alaina Rau, inside the vehicle. Moore's body was found just outside the vehicle, WXMI reported.

According to a social worker, Moore had a history of mental illness, WLNS reported. The worker filed paperwork last September, and the petition in Newaygo probate court said Moore was dangerous, the television station reported. A clinical certificate filed the same day said Moore had been diagnosed with "unspecified schizophrenia," WLNS reported.

According to court records, a Newaygo probate judge ordered Moore hospitalized for “up to 60 days, followed by alternative treatment up to 90 days,” the television station reported. While Moore was hospitalized, court records did not specify the length of her stay.

GoFundMe page was set up to cover the children's funeral expenses. As of Monday afternoon, more than $10,400 had been raised.
