Alicia Michel Belcher, 38, of Plant City, was charged with driving under the influence, DUI with serious bodily injury, leaving the scene of a crash and aggravated battery, according to arrest records. She is being held without bond.

According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, initial tests showed Belcher had a blood alcohol level of 0.219, WFLA reported. The legal limit in Florida is 0.08.
