Pedestrian killed in Cobb hit-and-run identified
Marietta police Friday confirmed that a Woodstock man found dead on snow-covered I-75 Wednesday night was the victim of a hit-and-run driver.
Officers responding to a 10:30 p.m. report of a person down in the middle of the northbound lanes of the interstate at Delk Road found the victim’s body.
Baldwin said Friday that investigators have determined that 20-year-old Selvin Lopez-Lorenzo was trying to cross the interstate when he was struck by an unknown vehicle.
