2 more Therrell High shooting victims leave hospital
Only one of the five people shot earlier this week near Atlanta’s Therrell High School remains hospitalized, a Grady Memorial Hospital spokeswoman said late this morning.
Five young people ranging in age from 15 to 20 were wounded in Tuesday's shooting in the area of Panther Trail and Childress Drive in southwest Atlanta.
One of the victims was treated and released later Tuesday and another was released from the hospital Wednesday.
Grady spokeswoman Denise Simpson said in an email this morning that two additional patients had been discharged, leaving only one victim hospitalized in stable condition.
The alleged shooter, 17-year-old Marcellus Brooks, is being held without bond in the Fulton County Jail.
