A college fraternity at Arizona State University has been suspended and the on-campus party they threw over the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend is under investigation.

Tau Kappa Epsilon’s ASU chapter threw what it called an “MLK Black Party” and shared pictures of the event on social media, according to CBS 5 News out of Phoenix, Ariz.

Pictures from the event showed partygoers dressed in athletic jerseys, posing using unknown hand-signals and one person drinking out of what appeared to be a cup fashioned out of a small watermelon.

University officials said the party, which was thrown on campus, was not authorized.
