MARTA paratransit bus catches fire

A MARTA paratransit bus caught fire Saturday afternoon, but no one was injured in the incident.

Details of how the fire started were not immediately available, but MARTA spokesman Lyle Harris said the incident occurred shortly after 4 p.m. on southbound I-85 near the Brookwood junction in Atlanta.

Harris said one passenger and the vehicle operator were aboard when the fire happened, but neither was injured.
