Work of famed illustrator Sendak comes to East Cobb Library

A traveling exhibition of illustrations by Maurice Sendak, author of "Where the Wild Things Are,"will arrive at the East Cobb Library with a reception at 6 p.m. Sept. 8.

"In a Nutshell: The Worlds of Maurice Sendak" explores Sendak's art, family history and Jewish identity. It runs through Oct. 14 at the library, 4880 Lower Roswell Rd., Suite 510, Marietta.
