A $150,000 Let's Win This! lottery ticket was sold at Hoschton Food Mart earlier this year in Hoschton, Ga. The winning ticket was paid July 5, 2016 after being picked up at the Jackson County retailer.
The lucky ticket was the only winning Let's Win This! ticket more than $600 claimed in the metro Atlanta area from July to October, according to data from the Georgia Lottery Corporation. The lottery provided data on prizes exceeding $600.
At least $107.8 million in prize money was claimed during that time from tickets sold at area stores.
All Georgia Lottery profits go to specific educational programs, including Georgia's HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia's Pre-K program. Check out winning numbers at http://www.ajc.com/lottery/.
