A Cobb County grand jury indicted two men Thursday on charges related to the beating death of a 27-year-old man during a robbery.
Jesus Hernandez-Perez, 29, and Jose Marcelino Badillo-Pacheco are charged with malice murder, felony murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault and concealing a death in the Sept. 18, 2010 slaying.
They are accused of beating Boydrick Powell to death with a wooden baseball bat and then dropping his body over the balcony railing at his Franklin Road apartment.
Hernandez-Perez was arrested two days later. Badillo-Pacheco is at large.
