The Roswell Recycling Center, closed like other city facilities by the COVID-19 outbreak, is now scheduled to reopen on Tuesday, May 5, with limited hours and operations, the city announced.

The Recycling Center, at 11570 Maxwell Road, will be open 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.

To protect the health of residents and staff, the service will be available to Roswell residents only. People dropping of recyclables must remain in their vehicles. Recyclables must be in the trunk of cars or SUVs or in the beds of pickup trucks.

All recyclables must be presorted and ready for collection; no sorting will be performed by city staff. Shredding will be limited to drop-off only.
