Roswell Library to sponsor book discussion on Civil War-era story
The Roswell Library and the Roswell Reads Committee are sponsoring a book discussion on "My Name is Mary Sutter" by Robin Oliveira at 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
The Sunday Afternoon with Mary Apps discussion will be held at the Roswell Library at 115 Norcross Street.
The book is about a young woman who wants to be a doctor around the start of the Civil War, back when women were often denied that opportunity.
