Riverdale accepting bids on city-owned property

Sealed bids for an unimproved property owned by the city of Riverdale will be opened publicly 4 p.m. Nov. 2 at Riverdale City Hall, 7200 Church St. in the second floor conference room. The property is less than half an acre and is located on Orme Street. It is zoned for office commercial use.

Each bidder’s name and the amount of each bid will be read aloud. Bids received after 1 p.m. on Nov. 2 will not be accepted.
