Need an accident report, a police report or a criminal history report?
You’ll soon be able to get them at every Gwinnett County Police Department precinct, as well as GCPD’s Lawrenceville headquarters.
Officials recently announced that, effective Dec. 30, records units will be open at all six precincts. That includes the new Bay Creek precinct near Loganville.
Officials have said the move is designed to make records — which can also be retrieved online — more readily available to the public.
Precinct records units will be open between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday — but will be closed for lunch between noon and 1 p.m.
