Gwinnett County's delegation to the state House of Representatives will host a fourth and final town hall event next week, just days before the start of this year's legislative session.

The town hall is open to the public and will be held at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 8 at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, 75 Langley Drive in Lawrenceville. It will be hosted by state Rep. Pedro Marin, D-Duluth, and other delegation members are likely to attend.

The event will include introductions from participating representatives; updates from the previous legislative session; previews of topics expected to arise in the upcoming session, which starts Jan. 13; and questions from residents.

Next week’s town hall is the last in a series of  monthly gatherings that started in October. Previous meetings were held in Lilburn, Berkeley Lake and Sugar Hill.
