A massive, newly constructed shopping center in central DeKalb County is up for sale.
The retail component of North Decatur Square is on the market for $55 million, according to a statement from real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, which is overseeing the sale.
The 85,942-square-foot center, which sits at the intersection of North Decatur Road and Church Street, was constructed last year and primarily features a Whole Foods Market 365. There are more than 20 businesses at North Decatur Square, including Jason’s Deli, Xfinity, Hollywood Feed, Regions Bank, Big Peach Running and Cold Stone Creamery, the firm said.
