The new Emory Healthcare facility at 12000 Findley Road in Johns Creek offers gynecology and obstetrics care complementing the gynecologic specialty services offered at Emory Johns Creek Hospital (6335 Hospital Parkway).

According to an Emory Healthcare news release, the Women's Center is staffed with board-certified OB-GYNS and certified nurse midwives.

Last year, the Emory Johns Creek Hospital delivered 1,187 babies, "and now I'm sure it will be growing," Margolis said at the Feb. 19 ceremony, according to the Johns Creek Herald.

"By having our fellowship-trained physicians available in Johns Creek, we are able to provide an added level of expertise and academic presence, for more complicated patient needs," Castellano said last year when Emory welcomed two specialized OB-GYNs to the area.
