Duluth Mayor Nancy Harris will offer citizens her unique take on the annual state of the city address at the BDLTH Show (Be Duluth Show) at 7 p.m. Jan. 27 at the Red Clay Music Foundry, 3116 Main St. Seats in the 260-seat venue are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors will open at 6 p.m. and will take the place of the regularly scheduled council work session.
Each year, Mayor Harris presents her report on the city’s accomplishments and plans for the future with honesty and humor. In previous years she has parodied Jimmy Fallon’s thank you notes and entertained the audience with musical performers. Those attending can expect to hear updates on current projects and more about the city’s vision for 2020 and beyond.
