Gwinnett County police have arrested 20-year-old Ricardo Cole, charging him with stealing a car from a QuikTrip and setting it on fire.

Video released by the police and Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services shows two men stealing the car from the gas station at 2185 Beaver Ruin Road in Norcross. The car was later found ablaze in unincorporated Suwanee.

Cole was identified as one of those men based on “subsequent information” obtained by fire investigators. He was arrested at his home on May 25 and posted $26,100 bond.

Police and fire investigators are still seeking the second suspect in the case. Georgia Arson Control is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest.

If you know anything about this case, contact the Gwinnett County Fire Investigations Section at 678-518-4890 or the Georgia Arson Control Hotline at 1-800-282-5804.
