Chamblee names permanent parks and rec director

The Chamblee City Council voted unanimously recently to confirm the Jennifer Rackley as the director of Parks and Recreation. The city manager had recommended Rackley for the permanent position. She has served as the interim director for Chamblee Parks and Rec since July.

Rackley had worked for the city over 12 year as a camp director and recreations coordinator before moving to Nashville.
