A 22-year-old pregnant woman was shot and rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital on Wednesday night, Atlanta police said.

The shooting happened at 245 Rosser Street, but officers responded to 590 Cascade Avenue, police spokeswoman Stephanie Brown told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The bullet hit the woman in the arm and she was taken to the hospital in stable condition, Brown said.

A man who was detained by police was later arrested on an unrelated warrant. Atlanta police said he is not the suspected shooter.
