Atlanta officials closing street to do sewer work

Atlanta officials are warning motorists that a street in Oakland City will be closed to traffic between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. beginning today.

City contractors are repairing a sewer lines on Genessee Avenue, requiring a lane closure. Motorists are asked to use other routes in the area. The work will continue through Friday, Nov. 13.
