Atlanta's Department of Planning and Community Development plans to host an affordable housing fair on Thursday, June 21 in the atrium of City Hall, 55 Trinity Ave. The event will include developers experienced in Neighborhood Stabilization Program grants, which are aimed at communities that have suffered from foreclosures and abandonment. Lenders and down payment assistance professionals will be on hand to speak with employees and citizens interested in buying or renting NSP properties.
