Winning Fantasy 5 lottery ticket sold in Cobb County
The winning Fantasy 5 jackpot ticket was sold Wednesday in Cobb County.
The Georgia Lottery Corp. said the ticket worth $465,555 was sold Feb. 5 at Kroger at 3595 Canton Road in Marietta.
Winning numbers from Wednesday’s drawing were 2-18-35-38-40. Georgia Lottery said the winner of the drawing has not come forward to claim the prize.
Winners have 180 days from the draw date to come forward to claim their prize.
The Georgia Lottery Corp. says it has contributed more than $21.6 billion in education funding since it was created in November 1992. Lottery profits fund programs such as Georgia's HOPE Scholarship and the state's Pre-K Program.
