Atlanta Mayor-elect Keisha Lance-Bottoms announced on Tuesday that two prominent business leaders will advise her as she makes the transition into office.
Larry Gellerstedt, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Cousins Properties, and Vicki R. Palmer, former Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., will guide Bottoms “as she begins to recruit and appoint key positions within her administration,” according to a statement.
The statement said that Gellerstedt and Palmer will help Bottoms “develop a team of capable, diverse and visionary leaders.”
The co-chairs of Bottoms’ transition team have more than a combined 60 years of experience managing large and complex organizations, the statement said.
