Teachers in 53 Atlanta schools had their classroom wishlists fulfilled this week through a $260,000 donation from Staples.

The donation fulfilled every project posted by Atlanta Public Schools teachers on DonorsChoose.org, a nonprofit website where people can donate to support projects posted by individual teachers locally and nationwide.

The APS projects included a Bunche Middle School teacher who received mats and a tumbling octagon for the school’s cheerleading program and another who got a video camera so students can film, produce and edit their original work during English class.
