School bus crashes decline in Atlanta

Atlanta’s school system has reported a decline in school bus crashes in recent years, state data shows.

Through November, Atlanta had 28 crashes, according to data The Atlanta Journal-Constitution received earlier this month from Georgia Department of Education. Last year, APS reported 37 crashes. In 2014, the school district reported 64 crashes.

Some school districts have not reported all of their crashes, state officials said. To read more, click here.
