DeKalb County school superintendent R. Stephen Green is scheduled to meet today with the Dunwoody Homeowners Association.

Green is expected to discuss Gov. Nathan Deal’s proposal to have the state take over chronically failing schools, proposed changes to the criteria used to pay teachers, an amendment to the state Constitution that would allow cities to establish their own school systems and other issues.

The meeting has been set for 5:30 p.m. at Dunwoody High School, 5035 Vermack Rd.
