Atlanta school board member Nancy Meister wants to delay the approval of a contract extension for Superintendent Erroll Davis following his controversial decision to change the top leadership at North Atlanta High. Davis said the changes were related to years of poor performance. In a letter to the board chairman, Meister said she wants to hold off on a vote until a thorough investigation of the staff changes is conducted. “I can tell you my/our constituents have lost all trust in Mr. Davis, given his changing explanations and abrupt actions,” she wrote.
