The pursuit continued after Jansen careened into a soybean field and drove in circles for nearly an hour while Salina, Kansas cops waited.

Police reports say he threw CD’s and blankets out of the car, screamed Bible verses, made faces and flashed peace signs, all while driving.

At one point Jansen slowed down, and climbed onto the roof of the car and “surfed” on the roof.

WMUR-TV reports officers eventually pepper sprayed Jansen several times.

Now in custody, Jansen faces a litany of charges, including obstruction, fleeing, eluding, speeding, and reckless driving.
