Griffin police seek man who took his children from DFCS custody
Griffin police are seeking help in locating Kenneth Gregg Owens, 37, who is wanted for kidnapping his two children from the custody of the DFCS, according to Channel 2 Action News..
Owens, who is 6-feet-2, 190 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes, was last seen Aug. 28 driving a green 1998 Chevrolet Blazer, with Georgia tags BJZ0376.
His children are Kaden Owens, 9, who has brown hair and blue eyes and is 4-feet, 80 pounds and Kenneth Luke Owens, 11, who has blond hair and blue eyes and is 5-feet-2, 75 pounds.
