The Broward County State Attorney's Office charged Limache on Oct. 22 with two counts of lewd and lascivious battery upon a child and one count of promoting a sex act by a child, the Sun-Sentinel reported.
According to a complaint affidavit, the incident occurred July 9, and the victim and her mother went to the Coral Springs Police Department on July 20, WPLG reported.
According to the affidavit, the victim agreed to perform the sex act but did not consent to him posting the video on social media, the television station reported.
Limache is being held on a $50,000 bond. He appeared in court Monday morning, and his father asked the judge to allow Limache out of jail so he could vote in the midterm elections since it was the first time he was eligible to vote, WPLG reported.
