A Fulton County family has launched a desperate search for a 67-year-old woman with Alzheimer’s disease who went missing Monday near Greenbriar Mall.
Victoria Townsend was last seen at SunTrust Bank wearing blue jeans and white tennis shoes, according to Channel 2 Action News.
A Mattie’s call was issued for the woman Tuesday.
Her family passed out flyers near her home in south Fulton County.
One of the woman’s daughters told Channel 2 her mother is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s.
"She goes in and out with her memory,” Sharon Wilder said. “Sometimes, she knows who her kids are. Sometimes, she (doesn’t). Sometimes, she even forgets her name."
