Four teenagers convinced a 17-year-old girl they were her friends.

Then last Friday in Cobb County,  they pushed her out of a car, held her at gunpoint, assaulted her and stole her $150 graduation money, Channel 2 Action News reported.

“They’re just terrible people,” area resident Johnny Bills said. “They’re terrible individuals.”

Acworth police said the teens — Keion Turner, Joshua Chatmon, Edward Moreno and Madison Caraballo — deceived the victim in a setup for quick cash, Channel 2 reported.

According to the warrant, the teens said “how easy it would be to rob said victim.”

The victim’s mother told Channel 2 her daughter has bumps and bruises from the incident on Loring Road in Kennesaw, which is in Acworth police jurisdiction.

The teens are facing charges that include conspiracy, armed robbery and aggravated assault.

“It just goes to show,” Bills said, “you have to watch out who you hang out with.”
