James Barron, 27, of Ellijay, was charged Friday with surreptitious recording of intimate parts, which is a felony, according to a news release by the Milton Police Department.

Barron allegedly took pictures up a woman's skirt in the Milton Walmart located on the 5200 block of Windward Parkway on Wednesday, police said.

Police identified him a day later because a Gilmer County detective recognized Barron, who he recently arrested for the same offense. Images of Barron were allegedly captured by surveillance cameras inside the Walmart.

Barron is in custody at the Fulton County jail.
