An altercation at a bar in Atlanta Saturday night led to two people being shot, according to police.
While patrolling near the 1500 block of Joseph E. Boone Blvd, a police officer heard gunshots coming from the Deja Vu bar at 1575 Joseph E. Boone Blvd. When the officer arrived, he discovered two people who had been shot; one victim was shot in the foot, while the other had been shot in the back.
“The two victims had been involved in some type altercation inside the bar when gunfire was exchanged,” according to police. Both were transported to Grady Hospital in stable condition.
The owner of the bar, Jonathan Hart, 46, was arrested for operating a business outside of hours and transported to Atlanta City Jail.
