There was a guest speaker in a Morehouse College class Friday afternoon. No big deal, right?
Wrong.
It happened to be singer J. Cole, who surprised the campus with a visit. The North Carolina native was on campus to speak to one class, according to the campus newspaper.
But news travels pretty fast when it’s a popular hip-hip artist.
It’s been a week of surprises for J. Cole, currently promoting his new album, 2014 Forest Hills Drive.
On Wednesday night, the entertainer gave one Dallas, Texas, fan and her family their own private concert.
J. Cole last performed in Georgia in April, when he sang at the CounterPoint Music Festival outside of Rome.
