A car owner is trying to figure out what to do after a truck driver crashed into his vehicle — along with eight others — in a parking lot at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Jamaine Sales told the news station it looks like someone ran over his 2013 Nissan Maxima.

“This is not a fender bender,” he said. “That’s your car. That’s my car.”

Police said the driver of a tractor-trailer drove through the economy parking lot at the airport’s north terminal about 5:30 a.m. Monday.

The driver said his GPS guided him to the parking lot, but he was supposed to be making a delivery elsewhere. He said he didn’t realize he was hitting cars and thought he was running into barricades, the news station reported.

Police told Channel 2 the driver wasn’t cited because the parking lot is on private property. However, airport officials told the news station the lot is owned by the city of Atlanta and operated by a contractor.

Sales said the fact that the driver has not faced any consequences is the most frustrating part for him.

“You can’t say that driver didn’t know he hit these cars,” Sales said.
