A DeKalb County teen was indicted on Tuesday for allegedly attacking and robbing a 78-year-old woman, authorities said.
Quiantae Collins, 18, was charged with criminal attempt to commit sodomy, robbery, aggravated assault, theft by taking and abuse of an elder person, according to the indictment a DeKalb County grand jury approved on Tuesday.
Prosecutors say on Sept. 17, Collins robbed the septuagenarian of her car keys, car and a check.
He is also accused of trying to suffocate the woman, choking and hitting her and demanding oral sex from her after knocking her to the ground, prosecutors said.
Collins is being held at the DeKalb County Jail.
