Authorities have identified the body of the woman pulled Monday night from Cherokee County’s Lake Arrowhead.
Cindy Naterman, 70, of Waleska, was pulled from the lake around 7:30 p.m., Cherokee County Sheriff’s Lt. Jay Baker said.
Naterman lives at the lake, Baker said.
Deputies were called to the lake after a boater spotted the body floating, Bakers said. Divers with the county’s fire department removed the body from the water about two hours later, he said.
An autopsy is being conducted today.
