Mary L. Trump has revealed some scathing details about her uncle, President Donald Trump, in her book, but she divulged some additional information to Rachel Maddow during an interview that is scheduled to air at 9 p.m. Thursday.

Trump, whose book has sold nearly 1 million copies on preorders alone, told Maddow she has heard her uncle use racial and religious slurs, according to Jesse Rodriguez, the director of booking for MSNBC.

Maddow reportedly pressed Trump on the topic about whether she heard Donald Trump use the slurs.

“Have you heard the president use the N-word?” Maddow asked.

“Yeah,” Trump replied.

“And anti-Semitic slurs specifically?” Maddow asked.

“Yes,” Trump replied, according to Rodriguez’s tweet.

Simon & Schuster announced Thursday that Mary Trump’s “Too Much and Never Enough” had sold a company-record 950,000 copies in combined print, digital and audio editions as of its date of sale, earlier this week.

Another anti-Trump book from Simon & Schuster, former national security adviser John Bolton’s “The Room Where It Happened,” sold nearly 800,000 copies in its first week when released last month.

President Trump and his allies had tried to stop both books from being published, alleging that Bolton had revealed classified information and that Mary Trump had violated a nondisclosure agreement. Judges in each case denied requests for injunctions.
