Atlanta police are looking for two men suspected of stealing a car with a sleeping child inside.
According to a police incident report, on July 16, a man drove up to the Cash America pawn shop on Delowe Drive just before 5 p.m. He left the car running with his 3-year-old daughter sleeping in the backseat as he got an item out of the trunk. According to the report, the man had only stepped a few feet away from the car when he saw his 2006 black Dodge Charger pull off.
The car was recovered minutes later about a mile away, with the little girl still asleep in her car seat, according to police.
Police retrieved surveillance video of two men they suspect in the theft.
Anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of the men in the photos should call 911 or contact Crime Stoppers Atlanta.
