A 12-year-old girl reportedly abducted Friday night was found safe hours later, according to Forest Park police.

Telia Moena Battle was walking southbound on Hendrix Drive with her 5-year-old brother around 8:45 when she was approached by a four-door vehicle, police said. A man inside the car allegedly grabbed the girl by her shirt and pulled her into the back seat of the car, police said.

The car, occupied by four or five adults, continued northbound on Hendrix Drive, according to police.

The girl was located safe shortly before 11 p.m., police said. No further details were released late Friday.
