Two puppies were found abandoned with their eyes super-glued shut earlier this week in Sewickley Township, Pennsylvania.
Sarah Jo Smith, of the Pet Adoption League in Yukon, Pennsylvania, said the puppies were also burned and have some sores and missing hair.
