The “No Spin Zone” may be heading back to cable television.
Bill O'Reilly is in negotiations to return to his old 8 p.m. time slot, but for Newsmax TV, The New York Post reported.
O’Reilly, who left Fox News last year after the disclosure of sexual harassment allegations and payments to alleged victims, has been talking with Newsmax about creating a new show, the Post reported.
“The deals are not done yet, but talks are in the advanced stages, certainly with O’Reilly,” a source told the Post.
Since his abrupt departure from Fox News, O'Reilly, 68, has worked on his books and produced podcasts on his website.
A return to the 8 p.m. time slot could pit O’Reilly against his replacement on Fox News, Tucker Carlson.
Newsmax Broadcasting CEO Michael Clemente could not be reached for comment, and O’Reilly’s manager Evan Bell also was unavailable, the Post reported.
