Parents, students, school system employees and residents can review the Gwinnett County Public Schools curriculum online through Monday.

The public can look at proposed standards and offer feedback.

The curriculum, called the Academic Knowledge and Skills or AKS, is aligned to state standards and spells out the concepts and skills students are expected to learn in each grade level and course.

The school district posts the curriculum for new courses and recommended revisions to existing courses each year for public review. Feedback is provided to a committee, including school district staff, parents and community members, that makes recommendations to the superintendent and board of education.
