North Gwinnett’s 52-49 victory against McEachern in the Corky Kell Classic and its 36-29 loss to North Cobb last week have been two of the best games in the first two weeks of the season. This week, there are two more Gwinnett vs. Cobb games that are likely to be just as good – Buford vs. McEachern and North Gwinnett vs. Hillgrove. The No. 1 rule here at the picks column is to never pick against Buford, so I’ll go with the Wolves against another quality opponent. And look for Hillgrove to pull off the upset.
