season play. By Saturday, the seeds will have been determined for all region tournaments, and the top four teams standing from each region will have their opportunity to compete for a state title in the AA tournament.

For region standings through Jan. 30, go here.

While teams across the state are jockeying for league tourney position, here's a glance at the top 10:

1) Wesleyan (21-2, 10-0 Region 6): The Lady Wolves put together a highly impressive 3-0 week with all wins coming against rank teams. They beat No. 10 Lovett, No. 9 GAC in league play before besting Buford, the No. 2 team from AAAA, in the Wesleyan Showcase event. They haven't lost since Dec. 21 at the Nike Tournament of Champions holiday event in Arizona and are riding a 12-game win streak. They seem invincible at the moment and if they can continue to play at this level, it's hard to picture them losing another game. They play two region games this week with the first coming Tuesday against No. 3 Holy Innocents' (17-5, 8-1) and Friday at Pace Academy (6-11, 3-8).

2) Pelham (20-1, 10-0 R1): The Lady Hornets posted a pair of double-digit wins last week in league play over Seminole County and Berrien. This week they take on region opponents Brooks County (10-12, 4-6) on Tuesday and Berrien (12-11, 4-6) again on Friday.

3). Holy Innocents' (17-5, 8-1 R6): The Lady Golden Bears went 1-1 last week, their loss coming 59-53 to AAAAAA's No. 2 Tucker at the Wesleyan Showcase. They'll have a chance to put a blemish on the Lady Wolves' perfect region record on Tuesday when they play them on the road. However, Wesleyan beat the Lady Golden Bears 58-52 at Holy Innocents' on Jan. 9. The Lady Golden Bears close out their regular season with league games against KIPP Atlanta Collegiate (the Lady Warriors don't bother posting their record, but Maxpreps as accounted for nine of their games - all losses) on Friday and No. 10 Lovett (15-7, 5-4) on Saturday.

4. Model (23-0, 11-0 R7): The Lady Blue Devils beat region opponents Armuchee and Coosa last week and Gordon Lee on Monday and hope to close the regular season with a perfect record when they play Darlington (16-7, 5-5).

5. Rabun County (19-3, 8-0 R8): The Lady Wildcats went 3-0 last week in league play with wins over Social Circle, Union County and Oglethorpe County. They play Washington-Wilkes (7-13, 3-5) on Tuesday and Greene County (5-15, 3-5) on Friday.

6. Putnam County (19-4, 9-1 R4): The Lady Eagles beat Lamar County and then Macon County in overtime last week. They play Northeast (4-17, 2-8) on Tuesday and Monticello (8-11, 3-5) on Friday.

7. Jeff Davis (22-1, 11-1 R2): The Lady Yellow Jackets went 3-0 last week including a key win over region rival Vidalia - a victory that put them in the driver's seat for the No. 1 seed in the region tournament. The win also moved them up one spot in the rankings. They play St. Vincent's (13-10, 6-6) on Tuesday and McIntosh County Academy (5-17, 4-8) on Friday.

8. Bleckley County (14-5, 9-1 R4): The Lady Royals slipped a spot in the rankings after going 1-1 last week, with the loss coming to AAAAA's Houston. They'll play Monticello (8-11, 3-5) on Tuesday and Northeast (4-17, 2-8) on Friday.

9. GAC (12-8, 6-4 R6): The Lady Spartans went 1-1 last week, losing to Wesleyan and beating Hapeville Charter in league play. They close the season on Tuesday at No. 10 Lovett.

10. Lovett (15-7, 5-4 R6): The Lady Lions went 1-1 last week, losing to Wesleyan and beating KIPP in league play. They play No. 9 GAC on Tuesday, Hapeville Charter (10-12, 2-8) on Friday and No. 3 Holy Innocents' on Saturday.
