Marion County and Aquinas are undefeated in their bids to repeat as Class A champions. What is the only school other than Lincoln County to repeat as Class A champion in the past 30 years? (Answer Monday)

Answer to Tuesday's question: The six teams that are in the quarterfinals for the first time are Etowah (AAAAAA), Mays (AAAAA), North Oconee (AAAA), Pace Academy (AA), Calhoun County (A) and Mount Zion (A). Milton and Jones County also have never played in a quarterfinal, but won region titles in years in which region champions went directly into the semifinals (Milton did it in 1953, Jones County in 1961). Tattnall Square is in the quarterfinals for the first time in the GHSA but won several state titles in the Georgia Independent School Association.
