Jonesboro can win its first region title since 1949 if the Cardinals defeat Locust Grove in the Region 4-AAAA championship game on Friday. That would break a record of most years between region titles set last season by Milton (1952 to 2014). Below are the schools that have gone the longest since their last region title.
